We have become a nation of self-absorbed idiots.

And we have also become a nation that creates too many laws for stupid stuff.

We already have a law against texting while driving - it's called "inattentive driving."

But based on these "laws," apparently I can send email or browse the web while driving, but I can't text?

Where does it end? With "inattentive driving" tickets.

Duh.

So I do not have to worry about my habit of playing computer games on my phone while driving?

Apparently not, since they're only banning texting while driving. :censored:

You can text while stopped at a red light, since you're not technically "driving."

It's brought to you by the same people who think "hate crime" legislation is a good idea.

But I'm the perfect example that you don't have to be an iPad owner to be a selfish elite.
