I wouldn't be opposed. He's big and fast, it just sometimes seems like he's made of glass.

+1. Also like Doucet, I think he was just starting to be a force in AZ.

As someone who follows schleps like Shilens because I play fantasy football, let me say that for 3 years I have been hearing he is going to break out.

I'll pass.

If he can find a way to stay healthy he'll be a good player.  But much like Roscoe, this guy's made of glass.

Oakland 17th in NFL, that's after changing QB's midseason and palmer's struggles at first. Not so bad.

Yeah, that sounds good to me.

There's probably a couple Fast guys out there that aren't known yet but have shown potential & could come at a good price. That's where Bills should now be focused (plus the Draft).
I've heard a could names from Minnesota & Carolina who are still (according to ESPN) available at this point. (sorry if they've already been mentioned here)

Are we talking about finding a legit #2 WR, or guys for the practice squad who have good measurables, but haven't done squat at the NFL level?

Injury-prone.  Doucet doesn't appear to be much more durable either.
