Ummmm I'm sorry but what are we talking about? Belinda? Fred Jackson's "profile"? I freakin hate the internet cuz I'm sure Belinda means something other than a girl's name and I don't know it...

"belinda" is old TBD code for "no message".  Frankly I don't recall how it started.

Long Long ago on a web server far far away, a poster named Belinda used to complain about posts where the title was the entire post and there was no body.  Eventually it became impossible to create such a post, so people started typing 'Belinda' in the body to a) get around the rule and 2) piss off Belinda.
