Anyone else trying this? For those not aware you lift weights one day a week for a total of no more than 15 mins. That's it. No cardio, no stretching. Claims to make you as strong and health as possible for you.
I started it a few months back and the preliminary results were quite promising. Then I had to stop after picking up a nasty virus overseas. Looking to restart when I finally get over it.
Just wondering it anyone else has experience with it
