The plays are good, he even says that. They just need to switch more...it could as much be bashing Fitz as it could Gailey. It could be a lot of things...

I believe this team (and Stevie specifically, who was once a huge Chan supporter) are loosing or have lost faith in the coaching staff.
This team has the talent and players to win, but the coaches to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

There was no "bashing." SJ was extremely diplomatic, and simply wants Fitz to have more authority to check out of plays on the field.
I guess you can read into it what you want, but I thought SJ wasn't criticizing anybody--more than anything, he was praising Fitz.

I am glad he is upset. He does not like losing. It was apparent he was trying to win the game, his effort on the INT/Fumble play showed that he was not giving up. We lost, and he is upset. Good, he should stay for next year, and Chan should go.
