I'd rather see Marty Shottenheimer get hired. Tho Monte invented the Tampa 2, I doubt he would make good head coaching material. After reading the link it looks like he was asked to step down as his defense couldn't stop the college spread

The Bills are run by old men with tired old ideas...
He'd fit right in.

I was gonna say Id like him as a dc to replace stache. Then I realized during the 2nd half of USC's schedule this year against some spread heavy teams they gave up over 35 points per game. We're in a division with NE no thanks

He not even a good college DC anymore like wanny game has passed him by. But likely someone like him gets hired until Ralph sells the team or at least part interest to show a succession plan

Perfect fit. Old, recycled, never been a NFL HC, has nothing to lose, has nothing to gain, he can play checkers with Buddy & Ralph. He'd be ammenable to setting up a blue tooth cell phone feed from Detroit in his right ear (the one that isn't getting fed from upstairs). Yeah, he and Ralph could have really productive conversations during the game. Again, perfect fit. Exactly what this team needs.

The Bills coaching staff and administrators are like Republicans--white haired old white men whom the world has passed by, but they don't realize it yet. They may have an inkling that something has to change to regain some sort of prominence, but for them change means reconfiguring the parking lots, adding more luxury seats, rearranging the Titanic deck chairs, etc. We need some spiked hair, ear-bud-wearing, thirty-something who wants to use the Bills as a stepping stone to some sort of NFL prominence--kick some a$$, take some names, etc.
