Since the Ravens won and Ray Rice is out , does that mean that CJ gets to go?

Byrd may get Ed Reed's spot.
Levitre has a shot at Marshall Yanda's spot, and Kyle Williams, though it's more unlikely, could take Ngata's.

I think I remember seeing a tweet that said for CJ to get in, Foster or Rice had to go to the Super Bowl.

They'll announce them very soon I assume. Funny thing is that all three NFC QBs will be out. Rodgers- Hurt. RG3- Hurt. Matt Ryan- Hurt. Brees replaced RG3, Manning replaced Rodgers. Russell Wilson will probably replace Ryan.
Byrd and Spiller will both get in now with Rice and Reed being in the SB.
Josh Cribbs replaced Jacoby Jones (the return man) instead of Mckelvin.
