Back in the USFL days, Mr. Bassett of the Tampa Bay Bandits would have a "mortgage Mondays" where I believe they would kick in to help fans with the rent...

Sounds like a good contest. What are the rules, start and closing dates?

I might be dreaming, but I think at one time the Bills gave away one or two footballs to fans in the stands back in the 80's?

The classic was the gift give away to the duty free shop.  They would give one gift per game and announce upperdeck  or lower bowl in the first quarter, the section in the second quarter, the row in the third quarter and finally the seat in the fourth.  They spared no expense in the late 80s and early 90s.  Then again they actually won those days as well.
