Really good Bills career transforming from lower round pick to special teams pro bowler, working his way onto defense to be one of best on Bills at a point in his career. Really appreciate his hard work and success. But the time is right for this.

Proof that you can get a good corner in the 4th round. Happy Trails 24.

Nothing but good things to say about Terrance. It's unfortunate he could never get healthy.

Im going to miss him, he scored the first TD i ever saw. Had to be done though, just got injured too often.

Glad spring has come soon, though.

Thanks for the great career here, always one of my favorites! This was inevitable and expected...still surprised we havent seen Kelsey get cut yet. Let's hope he is next as he takes way too much cap space

It's a shame after all the good years, but I was shocked when he wasn't released last year. The cuts continue...

He busted his ass but his body can't handle the punishment of tackle football anymore

Kelsey and smith hopefully next for the cap room...Restructure Fitz, sign Byrd and Levitre and we got something going in the right direction..

So how much does this save the Bills in cap space?

I don't think that much...IIRC, he signed a performance incentive based deal last year..I don't think he reached a lot of the incentives.

According to the Buffalo News, his cap number last year was $4.6 million, 8th highest on the team.
