99.8!

Great effing JOB! you might just be able to go 10 rounds against me now!

Im stuck at 104. Not exactly where I wanted to be at this point, but gotta take the slumps and make it positive. Its a marathon not a sprint. I will get to 92 kgs soon.

99.3! And I still had 3 brats, 16 beers and taco bell in the last 4 days.

Come on everyone?!?! Where are you at?!?

Oh and I am seriously debating doing a marathon in 3 weeks but I don't ever run any more.

Im back in the 103's. Im having a good week. Eating a banana and an apple for breakfast, then a big salad for lunch with rice and beans. Its Supper time that I tend to binge a little. But no worries. Once I hit the 102's Ill be a rocking! GREAT JOB JBOYST! I keep telling myself its a marathon. just the fact that its going down slowly is a good thing. by the time the Bills make the Playoffs in December, Ill be in double digits!

223 lbs. 34 1/2" hips, 36" waist. I haven't measured the rest yet, hopefully its good, too. (I was 40" waist at the opener)

Muscularly I am gaining a little too much so I need to slow down there and focus on losing. Friday I did 225# 15 times on 3 sets. That felt good.

Terrible month. Had me some bronchitis, travelled 2 times and basically ate like a pig. I am at 105kgs and not loving it. Could easily say that im 99kgs, but this is a long struggle. I really thought in early March it was pretty easy. I hit 102 and everything was going well. The **** starts NOW AGAIN. Goal is to reach 99 KGS by July 21. ALL THE BEST, PO14 ( curt )

Was actually surprised this weekend when I got back home from work that I had not gained while on the road, knowing my eating habits were out of whack. About 101KG currently. Still with a goal of about 90KG by the opener.

I'm way late to the show. I suffer from a very painful condition called cluster headaches in which for 3 months 2 times a year I get 2-8 one hour headaches in which it leaves you 100% incapacitated. I've had 7 surgeries in my life, each shoulder has been cut down to the bone, and the headaches are so painful it hurts way more than all seven surgeries put together. Most come at night depriving you of sleep. So my first cycle come early Feb. thru middle of May. In April I was my biggest 267, and knowing my second cluster cycle would be just a few months away I knew I had to hurry. I started biking either 13 or 23 miles 4-5 times a week and lifting 2-4 times a week. As on Thursday July 31 I was down to 233 a loss of 34 pounds in three and a half months. My goal at the start of the year, knowing about my headaches, was 30 pounds and I didn't think I had a chance with losing that much and only having 6 months out of the year to workout. My new goal is now 50 pounds, which would bring me down to 217.I'll keep you posted.

Dude... I am about the same size (judging from what you have shown) as you, etc... Height (6-3) and weight. You are about 6-3 right? @ your age I was 235 on the high side and 210 on the low... Now 12 years later, I bulked up to 260. I was a scary 280 for a while and have since lost 20 pounds just watching what I eat. Stay active and in shape because it all slows down when you hit 40 and you will be there in 6 or so years! I always had it easy when it came to eating/drinking and just blowing it off @ work or whatever. Well, 40 changed all that. It is just not in me to do gratuitous excercise like @ a gym... I gotta be working doing something, like outside labor of the sort, riding a real bike somewhere, shoveling snow, doing labor @ work or the house, etc... etc...

I really gotta get back to where I was in my 30's. I really think shift-work got me. I work every week different. One week I am on days, the next afternoons, and then the next midnight, then back to days. I have been doing that for 22 years. I am going to see if things change this winter. I will be working 6-6 7 days a week till March. I wonder if regular sleep will help with weight loss. I will also be more out on the farm @ work... With the bull crew, that should help get more exercise??

My waist size is 34" and hips are 33" though, so it's not like I am fat. I am just a big dude.

When I was your age and size... Same here.. 34" waist. Now I am a whopping 40". I would feel better if I could least get back down to 38"... Even better 36"!

I have been on blood pressure med since high school. They changed it to a beta blocker some time ago and I think it shot my metabolism. I was worried about the ace inhibitor and the cancer risk thingy.

time to Check in.

107 Kilos. Basically the same as the start of the year.

This year has been way better than years prior. I have been able to do welll for weeks but obviously in stress situations and boredom I love eating.

I truly feel that I can lose the weight. Its not a health hazard at the moment. I play much golf and and am active. I just love the food and the beer!

Cheers,

PO
