It is my strong belief that the bills in recent years have been to soft. We need some attitude. If you do not think you are the best you will not be the best. As much as I hate Sheldon Richardson there is something to be said about how he thinks he is the best and goes out and proves it. We need more people that play with an attitude.

We need better players.  We need bigger linebackers.  We need bigger WR's.   We need TE's that can run.  We need to figure out whoever thinks Lee Smith belongs in the NFL and get rid of him.  Then we can worry about character.

That is some ignorant chit from the OP.  How about some aggressive football players with attitude, and talent.  I don't want "thugs" for the sake of having "thugs".

This kind of thinking is exactly what is wrong with today's world.
On the other hand: 13 posts from the author of this thread, and he/she

i wouldn't call him a thug, i would classify him more as an arrogant, self-centered, loud mouthed doosh. but never would i call this man a thug.

This!! I would say that Aaron Williams and Duke Williams fit that and Eric Wood on the OL. You can have character guys with some toughness.

I think he was poking at Richard Sherman's "thug" status.
