Windows 10.  What happened to Windows 9?

Seems like Microsoft alternates between crappy and good OS releases

Windows 95/98=Good for it's time

Windows ME = Crap

Windows XP = Excellent

Windows Vista =

Windows 7 = Very Good

Windows 8 =

So they're skipping over the good release and moving straight to the next bad release

8 was the worst IMO. Its beyond counter intuitive, its actually nonsensical. It adds more steps to navigation. Hopefully they chose to skip 9 because they wanted to be 2 steps removed from that miserable system
