We have had my high school friend (who has his own catering business) make BBQ chicken and salt potatoes for us in the past and it was a big hit. Who would be up for that?

He comes to our tailgate when he is not catering. Good wings also.

yeah. Considering it's a night game, the breakfast Stromboli is probably not going to be right.

Being a night game is what sets me up perfectly for Ribs. They are gonna take about 5 hours or so to smoke.

I am going to be grazing anyway, so this would be perfect. I love watching other people cook for a change.  :D
