I'm in Christopher Haste 6'1 191 lbs. Cornerback

Mr. Haste -- don't forget to use some of the money I pay you to upgrade your gear -- shoes, gloves, etc -- to be a more effective CB. :wallbash:

Pretty good - keep in mind that we can change the team name too, so don't limit yourself to Brussel Cows.

I really like the first link though.

As for our former starting QB, here's what I wrote back to him:
"Yeah, we can't really grant your request; your contract is pretty cheap and to replace you would cost us more than we're paying you.

Unless you can suggest a trade that will help us out, I'm going to have to use you for depth."
:wallbash:

;) nice!

As for the logo, here are a few ideas:

Keeping the team in the same city Brussles Bulls
Or, Moving the city (while still in Western Europe) Dublin Dragons

Not great, but we can work on it.

The first one looks like The Rocks Tattoo or Old Logo. Thank you WWF

It's UB's old logo. I'll admit niether is great, but just putting the ideas out there. Plus I saw that Dublin wasn't represented by a team, so i thought I'de throw it out there.

Ok, I've been playing around with the site for awhile and it seems pretty cool. However, it is an MMORPG so they do want you to spend real money. For example, I spent $8 to buy the Cows for two seasons. ;)

You can spend money to upgrade your player's level and to add points to his stats. However you can also raise their stats by buying equipment with IN-GAME money (money I pay you in your contract  ).

I think the point is to spend some real money up front to upgrade your players, play the season, then maybe you get some extra points to upgrade and pay more money to upgrade the players... It's pretty cheap (much cheaper than a "real" MMORPG, if I was able to purchase an entire team for $8!). We'll see how it goes.

Sounds like there's actual replays of the games - not sure if it's text based or what. We'll have to wait until Monday morning to find out how we do.

Could turn out to be cool, or it could turn out to be a waste of $10. I've gotten my $10 worth of fun out of it tonight though with the benching of the starting QB, so I'm happy :wallbash:

Oh - if someone wants to make a level 2 or higher TE, that'd be cool too. I'd like to cut/bench the current guy; don't like his name.

The games play out similar to an online play by play. You can click on any one of the plays to see what happened. Click on replay, next to the listed play.

So I guess I'm on Fez's team. I'm a LB. Gunna go out and hit someone hard. I'll get em' for ya coach. Just put me out there.

Edit: Oh and we have a LB named Richard Stroker. Nice.

If anyone wants to hook me up with 50 point when they sign up...

Should be instantaneous. It was when I paid via PayPal.

Click "Home" and then at the top of the page it should say flex points (buy/earn). Click that, then click "boost" to level him up.

Click "home," then by the flex points (assuming you have any left), click "buy/earn" then click "boost."

If you don't have any left, you have to buy some (real money).

You can also buy equipment (game money) to raise your stats.
