Hot Artichoke Dip

Preparation Time: 50 minutes
1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz), drained
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded (not grated) Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. jalapeno pepper, peeled, seeded, finely diced (optional)
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. plain, unsweetened yogurt
7 oz. shredded mozerella
1 tbsp seasoned salt
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix all of ingredients using an electric mixer.
Spread mixture into shallow casserole (or tart dish).
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top begins to brown.
Serve with bread (we serve with garlic toast), pitas, vegetables, tortillas chips, or anything else that sounds good!
This recipe does not need to be exact! You can use the 8oz package of shredded mozerella and the whole package of shredded parmesan (1 1/2 cups). The cheesier the better!
