Preparation Time: 5 min, 10-12 hours to cook
Difficulty: Easy

2-3 pound beef roast
1 can Beef Broth
Sliced Onion (optional)
1 package dry Au Jus Gravy mix
Worchestire Sauce
Pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions:
Put roast and onions in slow cooker.

Combine beef broth, au jus mix, pepper, and worchestire sauce. Pour over roast.

Cook on low 10-12 hours. Shred meat with fork.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve on rolls with gravy for dipping. Cheese tastes great melted over the top!
