@mikesilver
If McCoy does not come with McDermott to Bills (if McDermott gets HC job), I'm told by coaching sources Norv Turner could be in play...

i believe he felt undermined by Pat Schurmer. Btw vikes just fired his son who was QB coach and supposedly was doing a very good job

Norv thought he was holding the offense back. Why he quit.

Norv Turner doesn't quite fit the mold I had in mind. He just left Minnesota because he refused to change his Offense to better suit his players.

This question would have to be answered satisfactorily.  We do not need the OC version of Marrone.

Why did he leave the Vikings again?

Now, even I could get excited about Tom Landry.  That would be a helluva get . . . especially under the circumstances.

Believe it or not Norv actually "succeeded" (in Browns terms) with the crappiest of crap QBs in Cleveland a few years ago. It was like Weeden, Hoyer and Jason Campbell

If the Bills hired Norv as the OC, that would mean that we (at different times) had Jimmy Johnson's Dallas coordinators.  I just hope that Norv turns out better than Wanny.

Norv did begin to turn Alex Smith's career around if I recall correctly.

Id rather keep Lynn if he doesnt become HC. Id rather have McCoy.
