Problem with login / password

I was logged out with no actions by myself.


When I tried to log in it said my password was incorrect and know that was correct for I use a saved password so I sent for "password forget" help. Received "Password recovery information from Buffalo Bills Community" and then "Your new password Buffalo Bills Community" and changed password. 


Four hours later I was logged out AGAIN so I tried updating my Firefox software (big mistake, it removed features without warning me ahead of time) but still had password saved. Tried to log in and again it said password was wrong but I tested it before so I know it was correct.


Something screwy is happening with my account. I had been able to stay for weeks before unless I cleared my cookies.  I tried another browser and had same login issue so I know it is not the browser causing issue and I do not have issue with other sites I have saved passwords like gmail, yahoo and linkedin.
